Service Description
Power washing for decks, walkways, driveways, furniture, and more! The "Basic Wash" includes surface power washing of your property, which can include (but is not limited to) decks, patios, walkways, stairs, driveways, etc. Please note that this service does NOT include moss removal, garbage cleaning, or railing deep cleaning (though a power wash of your railing IS included). This service is not recommended for painted surfaces, such as painted concrete or wood. Please note the true time it takes to power wash your property will depend on what you require to be washed. Upon booking, we will send you an updated estimate of how much time the cleaning should take. We will also make a conscious effort to arrive at the time you selected, but may need some leeway. Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling/Cancellation: Private residence/detached houses: We require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a cleaning job. Failure to reschedule or cancel with more than 48 hours notice will result in withholding 25% of total service fee as a late reschedule/cancellation fee. Please email us directly if you wish to cancel or reschedule at sesakeallemo@gmail.com. ​ Strata contracts: We require 72 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a strata cleaning job.
