Service Description
Please note this is an ADD-ON specialized service to the Basic Wash power washing service. This is a detailed hand and soft wash of railing surfaces including balusters, caps, and posts. Recommended for metal railings. Our Basic Wash does NOT cover full railing cleaning. We charge extra for railing deep cleans due to the nature of railings; they require significant extra time, chemicals, and attention to detail. When choosing this add-on service, please select the estimated total length of the railings you would like cleaned. If the total length we service is significantly over or under what you have selected, we reserve the right to adjust final pricing.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling/Cancellation: Private residence/detached houses: We require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a cleaning job. Failure to reschedule or cancel with more than 48 hours notice will result in withholding 25% of total service fee as a late reschedule/cancellation fee. Please email us directly if you wish to cancel or reschedule at sesakeallemo@gmail.com. ​ Strata contracts: We require 72 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a strata cleaning job.
