Service Description
Please note this is an ADD-ON specialized service to the Basic Wash power washing service. Our Basic Wash does NOT cover moss removal. We charge extra for moss removal due to the difficult nature of removing moss; it requires significant extra time, chemicals, and sometimes even repeat treatments for full restoration. When choosing this add-on service, please select the estimated area that is covered in moss, not the entire area we are washing (for example, if we are power washing your entire driveway, about 500sqft, but only one quarter of that is covered in moss, book the add on for "under 200 sqft"). If the total area we service is significantly over or under what you have selected, we reserve the right to adjust final pricing.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling/Cancellation: Private residence/detached houses: We require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a cleaning job. Failure to reschedule or cancel with more than 48 hours notice will result in withholding 25% of total service fee as a late reschedule/cancellation fee. Please email us directly if you wish to cancel or reschedule at sesakeallemo@gmail.com. ​ Strata contracts: We require 72 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a strata cleaning job.
