Service Description
Please note this is an ADD-ON specialized service to the Basic Wash power washing service. Our Basic Wash does NOT cover garbage cleaning. We charge extra for garbage cleaning due to the nature of the service; it poses biohazard risk, and requires significant extra time and cleaning agents to complete properly. If you prefer to only have your garbage cleaned, please select the "Garbage Cleaning - Detached House" service. You are also welcome to set up regular cleanings with our subscription plan!
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling/Cancellation: Private residence/detached houses: We require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a cleaning job. Failure to reschedule or cancel with more than 48 hours notice will result in withholding 25% of total service fee as a late reschedule/cancellation fee. Please email us directly if you wish to cancel or reschedule at sesakeallemo@gmail.com. ​ Strata contracts: We require 72 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a strata cleaning job.
