Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling/Cancellation: Private residence/detached houses: We require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a cleaning job. Failure to reschedule or cancel with more than 48 hours notice will result in withholding 25% of total service fee as a late reschedule/cancellation fee. Please email us directly if you wish to cancel or reschedule at sesakeallemo@gmail.com. ​ Strata contracts: We require 72 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a strata cleaning job. Failure to reschedule or cancel with more than 72 hours notice will result in withholding of deposit. Please email us directly if you wish to cancel or reschedule at sesakeallemo@gmail.com.
