Service Description
Valid only for a limited time, we are offering a 60$+tax flat fee for up to 2 hours of "Basic Wash" power washing! Ideal for getting ready for the hosting season! For reference, 2 hours of power washing is sufficient for power washing approximately 1/2 of an average urban property (ex, porch+walkway+driveway, or deck+stairs+walkway+outdoor furniture). Please note this is a deal does not include moss removal, garbage cleaning, or railing detailing.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling/Cancellation: Private residence/detached houses: We require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a cleaning job. Failure to reschedule or cancel with more than 48 hours notice will result in withholding 25% of total service fee as a late reschedule/cancellation fee. Please email us directly if you wish to cancel or reschedule at sesakeallemo@gmail.com. ​ Strata contracts: We require 72 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a strata cleaning job.
